Providers have the ability to enter incident reports through the Board's Brittco site. They will be available to view the same way that any incident is. SSAs can be notified automatically when someone on their caseload has an incident submitted by a provider. Follow the steps below to sign up for the proper notification. | |

In Brittco, pull down the dropdown in the upper right corner next to your name. Choose Settings. |
Then choose Edit Settings. |
On the left, choose the Notifications tab. |
Add Notification. |
Choose Incident Submitted. |
Choose the Incident Level for which you want to be notified. |
Tick the Email checkbox. |
Choose Only My Caseload. |
Choose All. |
At this point, any time an incident is submitted about someone on your caseload, even if it submitted by a provider, you will receive an email notification. |
